1. The United Airlines and Singapore Airlines drawing (the “Promotion”) is limited to travel advisors attending ASTA 2024 Global Convention at the Hilton Anatole, Dallas, in Texas. (herein the “Entrants”).
Entrants must be legal residents of the U.S. who have reached the age of eighteen (18). Employees and officers of United Airlines, Inc. (“United”) and Singapore Airlines are not eligible to enter.
2. The Promotion begins and ends on May 29, 2024 to May 31, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”) and runs during Forum hours only.
3. Prizes: There is two "Prizes”. Prize one is a pair of domestic round-trip United Economy tickets with an “ARV” value of $XXXX. Prize two is a set of Bose Headsets, with an “ARV” value of $429. An entrant is only eligible to win one of the two prizes.
The prizes are as follows: two (2) roundtrip United Economy tickets to/from US48 / Alaska/ Canada / Caribbean / Mexico / Central America valid May 2024 through April 2025. A Bose headset.

For airline travel, winner must travel with a companion on the same itinerary. Airline travel is capacity controlled and restrictions will apply. Winner is responsible for all taxes imposed in connection with receiving or using a Prize.
4. How to enter: In order to participate in the Promotion, the following steps must be taken: (a) successfully fill out the form by scanning the QR code or visiting https://qrco.de/bdt4QG. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these Rules and Regulations. Limit one entry per person per method.
5. Prize selection: Winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries following the event. Winners will be notified using the email provided upon Promotion entry. All incomplete or otherwise non-conforming entries will be disqualified. United is further not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate entry or prize claim information whether caused by Entrant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion, or for any other errors of any kind, whether technical, network, printing, typographical, human or otherwise, in any Promotion-related materials or in the announcement of prize/prizewinner; or (ii) misrepresentation, cheating or fraud by any Entrant. If any of the foregoing malfunctions, errors, defects or acts render the Promotion incapable of operating as planned, United, at their sole discretion, may suspend or cancel this Promotion immediately and select a winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by United, or in any other manner deemed fair and equitable by United. If United, in its sole discretion, determines that an individual is tampering or attempting to tamper with the Promotion, such individual will be disqualified. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, UNITED RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations and the decisions of United, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Promotion. Any information collected by registering to enter the Contest shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Rules and Regulations. Winners release United from all liability in connection with the specific Prize won by that individual winner.
6. Prizes will be awarded to the winner directly via the email address provided upon Promotion entry. The Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded.
7. United or Singapore Airlines is not responsible for failure for any reason whatsoever of winners to receive notification. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Prize will be handled by United and Singapore Airlines.
8. In order to be eligible to win any Prize, the selected Entrants may be required to sign a declaration of compliance with these Rules and Regulations and one or more releases waiving United’s liability with respect to injuries, accidents, loss, or misfortune relating to the drawing and/or the awarding of the specific Prize.
Failure to comply with all the rules or to sign and return any of the release forms will result in disqualification and another Entrant will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries received. A selected Entrant will be declared a winner only after meeting all of the above terms and conditions.
9. By entering, all Entrants agree to release and hold harmless United and each of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the officers, directors, agents and employees of each of the foregoing, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Promotion (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from or in connection with, participation in this Promotion and/or the acceptance, possession or use of any prizes that may be awarded to them, including, but not limited, to liability for personal injury, bodily injury, death, damages or loss of any kind. By accepting the prize offered, the winner acknowledges and agrees United and each of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the officers, directors, agents, employees of each of the foregoing, have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. United reserves the right to amend or terminate all or any portion of this Promotion at any time without prior notification. United reserves the right to substitute any Prize, of equal or greater value in the event of non-availability of the Prize for any reason. Void where prohibited.
11. All federal, state, and local laws/regulations apply. This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Arizona, USA (without regard to principles of conflict of laws).
12. Prizes may not be combined with and/or applied to other certificates, promotions. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
